If hungry, come here for nicely cooked lobster bisque, salads and ham sandwiches. Most likely, you'll return to this restaurant later to degust delicious tea. Food delivery is a big advantage of Zoup!. Most reviewers consider the staff cool. Prices at this place are worth attention since they're good. Come here for the pretty atmosphere. I have been a huge fan of Zoup! for several years now. This last visit has made sure I will never be back. I ordered a Chicken Toscana that was kinda passable. Next was the Cali Chicken. This was a joke!!! Three little pieces of chicken and a SPRINKLE of the roasted red peppers, invisible cheese (maybe a quarter of a slice), and NO mashed avocado (which I paid extra to get double of). I did request they not put the roasted jalapeno ranch on it. I also ordered the Grilled Cheese Dippers. What I got was a plain grilled cheese sandwich and no cup of the "Classic Farmstead Tomato Soup" that was supposed to come with it. The only thing that was right about this order was the bowl of Lobster Bisque and that would be almost impossible to screw up since all you have to do is fill a bowl and put a lid on it. So I basically paid $10.29 for a poorly grilled cheese sandwich. Then a total of $11.24 for a sandwich that a 3 year old would be asking for 'more please '. And both items were missing items that were supposed to be there. I called to express my dissatisfaction and guess what! The only person I could speak to was the person who made the order. She offered me a discount on my next order. REALLY??? And what would possibly give her any indication I would ever be back. To add insult to injury, I gave her a nice tip for making my order. The soups here are really good but if you eat here please eat in house. A to go bag can hide a lot of evils.

First time here but not the last! The soup and food was amazingly delicious but the staff was incredible! We were greeted and offered sample tastes of any soup that piqued our interest. I assumed this was the owner because of the great attention we received. In fact it was the manager and she impressed me greatly. The rest of the staff was on par as well. I will be back ! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

First time but not the last! Amazing soup but just as an amazing staff. We were greeted and offered Sample's of any soup We were interested in from what I assumed was the owner. It was in fact the manager. Very impressive to Be treat so well. Everyone else was wonderful as well. I will be back!!!
