Went yesterday and there were only 2 customers in front of us , There was only 1 person taking the orders and making them .which slowed the service down alot.After us the shop got very busy so she took thier orders and then went in the back to make the orders. After half an hour we had to ask where our 3 waffles and shakes were and we were told they getting made..after an hour we couldn't wait any longer because we needed to get home for prayer. We told them to pack the order up because we didn't have time to eat in. The rude owner goes it's eat in only when the desserts were being given in boxs anyway so was being petty in giving a bag.no customer service , terrible waiting time only given 2 stars because the milkshake and Brownie were OK but the waffles a big no no tasted more like cake.would not recommend at all

Amazing service, top quality desserts and very reasonably priced. Very friendly staff and really nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend zucchero desserts if your in Leicester
