Although we invest a lot of time in staff training in all its forms, we realize that our investment does not always lead to an optimal result. Unfortunately you are right, between maternity leave, replacements, staff who don't want to work on weekends, who don't want to work in the summer, compared to some time ago we admit that we are having difficulty finding the right people.
