Zukin's Rib Shack holds a special place in my heart. While I do genuinely think the food is some of the best around, . Growing up, my family got Zukin's all the time. My dad and I are pizza afficionados and would get pies from this place all the time. I remember having for my birthday, When my dad got sick, all he ever wanted to eat was a pepperoni and mushroom pizza from this place. Even as he lost his appetite and his hair fell out, even when he didn't feel like eating anything else, he'd eat his pizza and those brownies. Unrelated, my grandma was a fan of the ribs and I agree with her opinion. Next month, I'm taking a train across the country to start a new life in the New Mexican desert. Before I leave downriver, I have to grab me a pizza and maybe some ribs. And tbh with you, if you're thinking about grabbing food from here, you should.
