We went to this restaurant for the Christmas buffet. I gave it to my parents for Christmas. Of course I had a reservation. I also received a confirmation via email. However, I wasn't on the calendar at the restaurant at all. Well, we still got a spot. I didn't know the restaurant before and was inspired by the many good reviews. That food tasted good. In everyday life you can certainly eat there. However, I absolutely cannot recommend the Christmas buffet. There was no Christmas atmosphere at all. It's probably the smallest buffet I've ever experienced. I could have eaten a la carte somewhere else and it would have been a lot cheaper. Especially since the food wasn't even refilled. If you don't eat goose or duck, you get a schnitzel that looks like it comes from the canteen. Actually, I would have expected a bit of dessert or fruit with a dessert, but my expectations were probably too high. When I asked the waiter if there was no dessert, he handed me the menu. So I would have had to pay extra for the dessert. All drinks also had to be paid extra. When I politely expressed my criticism to the waiter, he asked me to pay the bill and leave the restaurant. I'm incredibly disappointed and will definitely never come back here. Because of this disappointment, I was unwilling to pay a tip. Nevertheless, the waiter simply disappeared with my money - I didn't have the right amount of money. After a few minutes I was behind because he didn't come back on his own and pointed out that I would still get change. He said I should have told him that I wanted the remaining money back, came to the table and handed me the money. It wasn't true at first. Whereupon I told him how much I had to get.
