The food was ok/mediocre, but the service was the real disappointment. We waited far longer than we should have while multiple German customers who arrived after us were seated, served, finished their meals, and left before we were even properly attended to. It was hard not to feel like we were being treated differently. To make matters worse, one of the male waiters pointed at us while talking to another table and laughed, which felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. I do want to mention that another server was friendly and efficient, but this waiter's behaviour completely overshadowed the experience. Whether intentional or not, the treatment made us feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today we went to Zum Riedersteiner with our workplace and had a great time, we had a reservation for approx. 30 ppl with a pre selection of food, the reservation process was very pleasant and the staff was very nice and helpfull, we will come back for sure, thx to everyone from Zum Riedersteiner. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
