I recently experienced a truly enjoyable moment at “Zum Braunen Ross” in Bauerbach. The food was fantastic, the service excellent and the atmosphere inviting. The menu at “Zum Braunen Ross” offers a successful selection of regional dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. My Bauerbacher venison roast was perfectly prepared and the side dishes (creamed mushrooms and hats) harmonized wonderfully. The service was friendly, attentive, accommodating and ensured a pleasant stay. The atmosphere in “Zum Braunen Ross” is cozy and inviting. The rustic furnishings and lovingly decorated tables create a pleasant atmosphere. In summary: I will come back!
