The Wirtshaus zum Grünen Baum in Passau is a small restaurant with an excellent quality of food at fair prices for organic meat. The reviews from customers have been extremely positive, praising the tenderness of the pork cheeks, Schnitzel "Wiener Art" from Pfandl with lemon, cranberries and potato salad, as well as the fresh, regional cuisine which is lightly interpreted. The chef is passionate about using high-quality, fresh and regional ingredients, and is willing to cater to individual wishes. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy, and the service is friendly and attentive. The Malzbrot, a self-baked bread with caraway, is a must-try and has been described as a "piece of heaven". The price-performance ratio is also very good. All in all, the Wirtshaus zum Grünen Baum is a great place to go for a delicious meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!
Good quality food at fair prices. Menu with not much choice but fresh preparation. Ambience simple but not uncomfortable. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Great food with freshly prepared dishes. A small restaurant and therefore the small menu is understandable. The service was first class, attentive, precise and quick. The homemade bread is simply a poem. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
