We visited Zuma Riyadh for a late lunch, and upon entering, we were immediately blown away by the ambiance. The space effortlessly blends contemporary Japanese elegance with vibrant city energy, featuring warm lighting, sophisticated interiors, and an upbeat live DJ that creates a dining atmosphere that feels both luxurious and inviting. I opted for the all-you-can-eat weekend brunch experience along with a few a la carte selections for the wife, as she does not eat much, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The value for money is exceptional, especially considering the high-end quality of the food, extensive selection, and impressive variety of dishes available. The staff played a huge role in making the experience memorable. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely engaging throughout our visit. Since the buffet service was ending in around 30-40 minutes, the team went above and beyond by constantly reminding us to explore more dishes before the buffet transitioned into dinner service. Their effort to ensure we could fully enjoy the experience and get the most value out of it was a thoughtful touch that stood out. The food itself was exceptional. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavour, from the smoky robata selections and fresh sushi to the crispy flaky tempuras, anmd delightful desserts that showcased a variety of exotic Asian fruits such as Rambutan. Everything tasted fresh, well executed, and showcased the quality expected from a premium Japanese dining restaurant. Among the many dishes I sampled, several stood out and worth mentioning. They are the miso marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf which was silky, buttery, and perfectly balanced with a beautifully caramelised miso glaze that delivered a rich yet umami flavour, wagyu tataki, chilli lemon chicken karage and complemented by an impressive selection of sashimi, which further showcased the freshness and quality of the ingredients. However, the photos do not fully represent the experience, as I was more focused on enjoying the spread before the buffet closed. Overall, Zuma Riyadh delivered one of the most memorable dining experiences in the city. Combining outstanding food, attentive service, and a sophisticated yet energetic atmosphere, it is a place that truly lives up to its reputation. Great brunch. The food was fantastic with a lot of choices on offer. They are quick to replenish the food at the stations so you don't miss out on anything. Very well organised and the service was amazing. You were well looked after.

A great spot for a fine dining Asian experience. The atmosphere was excellent, and the food was outstanding. It’s hard to pick a favorite, but I highly recommend the Black Cod, Tenderloin with Sesame & Chili Sauce, and the Fatty Tuna Nigiri. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow. Overall, a place I’d happily visit again. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
