I recently visited كافيه الكيان, and while the ambiance and presentation were pleasant, there were a few areas that need improvement: Menu Availability: Some of the sweets listed on the menu were not available, which was a bit disappointing. It’s always good to ensure the menu is up-to-date or to inform customers about unavailable items upon arrival. Pricing Discrepancy: The pricing did not match the menu in some cases. For instance, the Moroccan hotpot tea was listed as 12 SAR but was charged as 25 SAR. This inconsistency can create confusion and affect the customer experience. Transparent and accurate pricing is crucial for trust. While the overall experience was decent, addressing these issues could significantly enhance customer satisfaction.
