I usually order from this restaurant all the time and the quality has always been consistent. I ordered on 8/2/26 at 9pm and received undercooked RAW chicken. Not just pink as people like to say, I mean completely raw that it was like jelly. Obviously, I got an upset stomach. I notified Jahez that I wanted to speak with them as they could have a problem with an employee because this isn’t normal. They don’t bother to contact me, and I was refunded 42 sar. I couldn’t care less about the money, but the minimum was to cover the whole bill. Should I have ate the food and got poisoned? Very bad service Ennabi!
