Disappointing Experience I had a very unpleasant experience at this café due to the behavior of one of the staff members. From the moment we arrived, we were told there was a minimum charge of 100 riyals per the table, which felt weird as it is logic that we will exceed this value and was not communicated clearly beforehand. Additionally, we were forced to order bottled water for every person at the table, even if some of us didn’t want it. We requested four extra chairs for our group and were told, quite rudely, that we were "using the space as if we had three tables"—which was simply not the case. The tone and attitude of the staff member were completely unprofessional and unwelcoming. To top it off, when we raised our concerns politely, he responded by saying, “If you don’t want to pay the 100, I’ll cancel your order”—in a very disrespectful manner. Overall, the experience left us disappointed and uncomfortable. Hospitality and customer service were clearly lacking. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming environment. Meal type: Other
