Amazing experience. Traditional chinese dishes were deconstructed and remade with a new interpretation, so they look different yet tasted familiar. Mapo tofu has clear sauce, and grapes and sweet potatoes were used in the sweet and sour pork instead of bell peppers. Very creative and delicious too! I came to this restaurant for lunch and ordered their Mapo tofu set. It was divine. It looked completely different from typical Mapo tofu, featuring something jiggly and transparent that made quite a visual impact. Despite the unusual appearance, the taste was both authentic and sophisticated. I definitely need to come back and try their other dishes.
