Went to withdraw some cash to pay for my order (since they didn’t support card transactions) and by the time i was back, the pie i ordered was carelessly left on the counter, swarmed with flies all around. I calmly pointed that out expecting a new one (obviously). The staff gave me unnecessary attitude, excuses, and stupid justifications that did not make sense; They refused to own up to their mistake. Their fix (which they made me feel like it was an extra mile from them) was to put the pie back in the oven for 20 seconds before putting it into the box – again, with attitude. If you care about the hygiene and quality of your food, you might as well save your money. Price per person: E£200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1
