Great place with amazing food. Needed to use translate to order but we made it work and the dishes were amazing. Late night food place and very affordable. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000

We ran into Amacar yesterday and had to take a seat. It looked so nice from the outside with all the plants. We had a seat at the bar were the chef/host/owner welcomed us. We had some amazing chicken dishes and enjoyed the drinks. The owner was nice enough to have a chat with us which was so cool. We would definitely go back if we are ever in Kyoto again.
