My family and I were treated extremely poorly by the woman at the register. We ordered two pepperoni pizzas and as they were coming out of the oven we asked for one to have Parmesan added to the top. The woman huffed and said “that’s not how the pizza comes” and then put it in a box. When our second pizza came out I had to demand that Parmesan cheese be added to it and she barely put any on. She then tried to make my wife pay for the pizzas twice, and only after we told her that we paid and showed her the transaction on our banking app did she then push a button on the card reader that caused the transaction to go through. She blamed the machine for the mistake, not her nasty bigoted attitude. I’m sure the Black gentleman - who was a flight attendant - standing behind us in line wasn’t treated as poorly as we were. Maybe that’s because Black ppl are only worthy of respect when in uniform or providing a service to others, one can only wonder Do not eat here!!! The pizza isn’t even worth it. There’s a burger spot about 10 gates down that is much better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a really disappointing experience at &pizza inside IAD Airport. While preparing food, one of the employees was grabbing trash bins with the same gloves she was using to make pizzas and never changed them afterward. Watching someone handle garbage and then go right back to preparing food without switching gloves is honestly unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. On top of that, the overall customer service was poor. The employee barely acknowledged customers, had a very rude attitude, and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Paying around $14 for a pizza at the airport is already expensive, but you at least expect decent service and basic hygiene. Unfortunately, this location didn’t deliver on either. I hope management takes food safety and customer service more seriously in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner
