Stayed at the naseem hotel which is connected to the coffee shop and the breakfast is provided by the Anna cafe. I came in the morning to have a breakfast and experienced an horrible service by the staff that was there. He does not give attention to the customer and do not greet at all. Very rude. If not for the extremely bad service I would not have rated it as a 1 star. Please get a substitute for the guy in the counter. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The guy in the reception has a bad attitude and he is not welcoming at all. Every time I came to the cafe he was sitting at his chair using the phone even though after he noticed that we came in. He does not stand up to welcome customers or show where can they sit. Unprofessional staff which is a shame for this beautifully made coffee shop. Also for the hotel which is also in the same building. Everywhere we visited in Oman staff were so warm and nice comparing to this place. My advice: DO NOT COME HERE if you care about a good service. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
