This is a lovely cafe in a beautiful location. Tables by the edge of Lake Aoki and with a view of the Japanese alps. Enjoyed their pancake bundle breakfast, salmon, and matcha latte. Friendly and efficient staff. They rent out bikes too and we got our e-bikes to go around the lakes from this place. Friendly staff and can speak basic English for tourists like me. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This might just be the most beautiful cafe I have ever visited. The view of the serene lake set against the lush backdrop of the Alps is truly breathtaking. It’s the kind of place that makes you refuse to leave. I could easily spend hours here, just soaking in the expansive, tranquil atmosphere while sipping a perfectly brewed Americano right by the water's edge. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
