Used to love this place. But lately it's always closed or busy with a 45 min wait. Hamburgers are great if you can get one. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000

I genuinely liked this place until I experienced how they handled multiple customers. A couple was ahead of my party in line and was viewing/discussing the menu for over 10 minutes. After waiting patiently we decided to go ahead of them since we already knew what we wanted to order. As soon as I arrived to the cash register to place my order while the other party was still viewing the menu they denied me service and told me to continue waiting despite the party ahead of me still extensively discussing the menu. I found it to be rude and inconsiderate. The staff should take better action and decision making when faced with these decisions. It didn’t help either that the couple ahead of us did not politely inform us they might take awhile to decide. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
