Hi Beril,We are very sorry about tonight. We were fully booked with over 80 guests, with the launch of a new menu and all tables happened to arrive and place their orders at the same time. It states on the menu that food may take long on busy nights due to the nature of the food. We did send out complimentary desserts and a round of cocktails to your table which you accepted.I recalled your name and went back to see our previous interaction. You complained of timing for a lunch you had at the restaurant for which I personally apologised and then gave you a voucher and asked you to come back to let us make it up to you. You did come back and when your spend was over the voucher amount you insisted on not wanting to pay the balance and then also threatened to tell your community, whatever that means, to boycott us. I have the trail of all the emails and text messages pertaining to the same where I have repeatedly apologised and then finally asked you to leave us alone. I can share those if needed.I am a little surprised that you did choose to come back after all that. We appreciate every patron and guest and strive to do better whenever we have disappointed them. I do however feel like this may be a little more than just constructive feedback. We will definitely work on our timings and spread of tables during busy hours because we do owe it to all our guests.
