“The place is so relaxing, especially because it’s located on top of a hill. Outside, there are seats where you can sit and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It’s just a short walk from our vessel, K Line. Inside the attic building, there are branded clothing and shoe stores. The café prices are reasonable enough. A perfect place to relax and unwind.” #BicolanongGala

Little mall with naval themed treat souvenirs. Has camping type stores and home goods, plants, and a cafe up top. Also has a garden pond, a small dog park and an outdoor rooftop spa. And an observatory at the top with a telescope. Very cool to see the ships in port so clearly. You can walk up the stairs from the redbrick park to reach the top, or follow the road up.
