First time at Au6eme, and it was a really nice experience! It was a private event, the food was great, and my favorite was definitely the steak. I’d honestly come back just for that. As someone who appreciates the details that elevate a dining experience, Au6ème was a true pleasure from start to finish. They truly delivered the kind of dining experience that reminds you why great restaurants stand out. The evening started on a high note with the starters, particularly the salmon tiradito, which was exceptionally fresh, beautifully balanced, and bursting with flavor. Every dish that followed reflected the same attention to detail and quality. The pizzas were a highlight, especially their remarkable crust light, airy, perfectly crisp, and full of character. The steak was cooked flawlessly, showcasing both excellent sourcing and expert preparation. And the desert, the delicious pain perdu, simply exceptional: elegant, indulgent, and the perfect finale to an outstanding meal. What truly elevated the experience was the hospitality. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. The waitstaff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, while the seamless, never-ending pour of wine made the entire experience feel effortless and generous. Most importantly, we felt completely at home. You can sense the passion behind every aspect of Au6ème from the food and wine to the ambiance and service. It’s rare to find a place where technical execution and heartfelt hospitality come together so naturally. Special thank you to Sary, Mohammad and the entire team, for a memorable evening. I had higher expectations for Au 6ème. The food is decent and the service is fine, but the overall experience didn’t quite match what I would expect from a fine dining restaurant. We reserved for three people but were served two plates to share, which was a bit surprising and not clearly explained beforehand. Overall, it’s not a bad experience, but considering the pricing and positioning, it didn’t fully deliver on the fine dining standard. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

At Au6ème, the experience is intentionally designed as a curated sharing journey rather than a traditional individual plating format. Each course is crafted to be enjoyed collectively, which is part of how we build connection around the table something we consider central to the experience. We don’t position ourselves as a conventional fine dining restaurant. Au6ème is a private dining experience, and our pricing reflects the quality of ingredients we choose to serve from premium meats to carefully sourced products across the entire menu. We understand this format and approach may not align with every expectation, and that’s completely fair. What you experienced is the concept exactly as it’s meant to be.
