Such a cool place! The first thing a manga or anime fan will see is the Jo Jo's Bizarre adventure, but that's just the beginning. The place evolves while keeping the laid back Quentin Tarantinoish atmosphere intact. Add expedient service and lovely food and you've arrived at the Barba experience.
