The drink is very sweet, the staff are not friendly, not accomodating and rude especially the cashier. I ordered 4 drinks and need to carry it with my hand. I am ordering cake and as early as 9pm during ramadan he said they don't have any cakes available already. I ordered a mocha frappe and waited patiently for quite some time. After sitting for a while, I stood up to check if my order was ready, but they hadn’t even prepared it yet. I had already informed one of the staff about my order, so I sat down again and continued waiting. When I stood up for the second time, that was the only time they started preparing my drink. One of the crew members then asked me, in an impolite manner, to sit down and wait again. I didn’t appreciate the tone at all. The service was very slow and the staff’s attitude made the experience even more disappointing. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 20–40
