Food delivery is an important benefit of this cafe. It's a pity, the staff is unprofessional as many visitors mention. Baskin robbins is remarkable for its enjoyable service. The atmosphere of this place is comfortable. But this place hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

05 February 2026.. Now I am in Baskin Robbins. There is only 1 Bangladeshi staff now & he is very rude behaviour to Jahez delivery guy...this man is not able to do job here...He was shouting & customer & tried to fight. He threw the order at me and the order was ruined.I am requesting baskin robbins authority to take action on this Bangladeshi guy.

The branch is closed although it’s working hours??? Also everything in the store is open except the door is locked? No respect to the customer time whatsoever!
