I ordered a meal for delivery. A Tofu Bowl (3x Tofu). They made my bowl and had DoorDash deliver it. It had zero Tofu. I called the store and spoke with the manager who said "ya, we are out of Tofu today". They made it and sent it out without the main protein. That's like ordering shrimp fried rice and getting it with no shrimp. Who does that?! Meal ruined, they can't give me a refund because I only eat delivery and DoorDash wants to give me a $ 5.00 credit?! $ 26.98 wasted. Thanks for nothing BD's Mongolian Grill.
