We ordered Big Eyed Fish Express to go and called in our order ahead of time. My husband went in to pick it up and pay for it and he comes out with no food and a receipt showing the teenaged girl at the cash register charged us an extra $500. As anyone would be, he was upset and they called the owner in to remedy the situation since the money was not returned to our account and he "lives right around the corner." The owner was upset with my husband's reaction and called the cops on him. Having not done anything wrong, the cops came to mediate the situation and understood why my husband would be upset. The owner talked to the credit company that they used to charge my account and assured him it was reversed on his end. Seeing how it is Saturday, instead of just giving me cash back, I now have to wait until Monday for the money to clear as they accused me of just calling my bank to cancel the money reversal after I get the cash in hand insinuating that I'm a common criminal which is uncalled for.
