This is a wonderful little gem in Niseko, made even better by the incredibly personable, fun, warm, hospitable, and intelligent conversation with Dylan. He made us feel like we were locals and regulars, suggested and made gorgeous drinks, and was just an all around wonderful human being. His ability to engage in meaningful conversation while also not missing a beat and making sure everyone in the bar was well taken care of is something quite rare and special in a busy area. Bowie was also great and a joy to talk to! I’m already looking forward to my trip next year, and hope to see them again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Potentially my favourite bar in Hirafu, great cosy vibe and good service. Always nice to sit at the bar and chat with everyone there, Dylan and Bowie are v welcoming. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

On a cold night I stumbled In didn’t expect a thing and then some delicious dumplings and good vibes meant that I am grateful for Dylan, will and luke and their fun little bolt hole.
