Boulet à la liégeoise, a.k.a. boulet sauce lapin, are Belgian balls of minced pork and beef invented in the city of Liège.

They are served in a sweet-sour sauce the recipe of which was compiled by Géraldine Lapin (thus “lapin” in the dish’s name) in the early 20th century.
