Literally stood there like an idiot while the lady inside ignored me at 10.30pm at night. 10 mins wait and she didn’t engage once. So I left. Never coming back.

The staff are rude and loud spoken when I had some questions to ask with a crowd of people behind in a loud voice he said that the Qantas points have nothing to do with the BP station take it up with Qantas. The previous week a young girl who was the only person behind the register was not trained enough to handle anything. Get better staff.
