From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is rude here. Good service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of Esso. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Live out of the area, drive to the garage for two lattes in the Costa machine. Got them back and the milk in it was curdled and in large clumps clearly the machine hasn’t been cleaned for quite some time. Disgusting
