The manger is incredibly rude, she screamed at me when I walked in with my 2 kids because I hadn’t park in the correct place, I’m not from Dunoon so I was unaware and would of moved my car happily had she asked nicely but she insisted screamed at me the second I walked through the door

Went n to grab a subway On way back catching the ferry Waited for at least 5 minutes 3 x staff members serving 1 old lady, Never even got we ‘will be with you soon’ Just very rude staff with no customer or people skills Walked straight back out, will never be going there again poor poor customer skills Not even worth one star

The worst service ever!!!! I was trying to hoover my car, put £2 ,hoover was blocked and didn't work. Went to the shop, told the women behind the counter what happened and she gave me metal stick and said I should go and try unblock it, when I said it's not my job and responsibility to do it, and I asked to give me my £2 back she told me to come back after 2pm when manager will come to work ( it was 9am )
