This is not a BP anymore. It's a Shell. Annoying as I was looking for my nearest BP to use my rewards but rocked up at a Shell servo. Google misled me

Bad customer service since renovations. Was only customer and stood at counter for 5mins while he left service got milk out fridge in shop stuffed around with coffee machine then served me when another customer came in
