Bp is pretty near The Runway Visitor Park. Most people have noticed that you can drink good coffee at bp. Most guests point out that the staff is appealing. Night staff a male boy is very rude need to learn manners or teach them before hiring. We respect the staff but they need to respect custmers aswell

I stopped at this petrol station this morning, and it honestly felt like I’d walked into a customer-service black hole. The old woman at the till acted like serving customers was some kind of personal inconvenience. No hello, no basic courtesy — just a cold stare and the kind of attitude that could sour anyone’s day. Every response was clipped, dismissive, and borderline hostile, as if I’d interrupted her by daring to buy fuel in a petrol station. The whole interaction was so unnecessarily rude that I walked out feeling annoyed before my day had even started. If this is the level of service they think is acceptable, they seriously need retraining — or at least someone who remembers that customers are people, not interruptions.

Visited this BP station this morning to refuel. Pump 1 had no sign indicating it was out of order, but it wouldn’t dispense fuel. I initially thought it needed confirmation from inside, but after waiting a couple of minutes, nothing happened. When I went inside, a staff member told me to use self-service, assuming I was waiting to pay. I explained the pump wasn’t working. I went back outside, heard an unclear announcement, and tried Pump 2 — which also didn’t work. Another staff member eventually came out to help, but it turned out there was a technical fault with the pumps. There were no signs to inform customers, causing unnecessary delays. If you’re on your way to work in the morning, be prepared for potential time-wasting issues at this station.
