Got a subway sandwich from here, there were no other customers and i was told to order on the touchscreen. This was hard to do as it was very slow and infuriating to use. The server then made the sandwich no customer service involved. I took the sandwich away but when I unwrapped it I had already left the area. The bread hadn’t been cooked properly. It was awful. Went in the bin and I’ve gone hungry. What a waste of money, horrible shop to buy from, I’m done with subway.

Awful service this afternoon. I bought petrol, snacks and wanted to drop off an Evri parcel. I paid for petrol and snacks and was told to wait aside and someone would come take my Evri parcel soon. I waited 10 minutes after watching around 20 customers served, I then asked the older lady serving if it would be much longer and she said probably not, but couldnt tell me how long. After a few more minutes I eventually walked out with my parcel as she couldn't tell me how much longer it would be and I had somewhere to be. I asked would it be a few more minutes, another 20 minutes, an hour? She couldn't tell me, but was happy to keep me waiting and made no effort to try and serve me or find someone who could... Went to Lingfield post office and was served straight away, will go there in future.

Service station and no public toilets..... Costa,Subway loads of food isles All garages that sell foodstuff should be made to have toilets that the public can use Shocking BP
