The lady on 27th April Morning is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers. She doesn’t know anything about customer service or feul pump business.

Visited BP Nowra today, for some fuel, food and drinks. Waited for a bowser, as this is a busy place, sharing the forecourt with McDonalds customers. The sole staff member Ben, took all the customers requests, from paying for fuel, making coffee, bags of ice requests etc, in his stride. Super polite, friendly, really efficient, and calm as, working solo. Clean toilet, and “service with a smile”..highly recommend this BP!

Used this store for 7 years in the same pattern, when not in my car I ride my ebike in as its the closest store to my house for anything convenient when i cant be bothered riding further. Every time for that period I've left my bike just inside the doors to save me having to chain it to a pole out the front in peoples walkway for 2 minutes as I use the shop. Never had an issue until today was told no bikes inside. no issue, removed it immediately and locked it out the front, but long term customer wont be returning due to the new rules. Its absolutely fair enough to implement those rules but as theres no suitable spot to lock it out the front that's a deal breaker for me. I will also find a new place to fill my car on the way home even if its a detour because I am that petty
