There's a whole gang of car washers working at this gas station. I parked in a designated spot near the "BP Customers" sign. First, a middle-aged man ran up to me and ordered me to move the car. I replied that I didn't have to. Then he called over a bearded man, apparently their leader. The bearded man repeated the order to move the car. I replied the same: I'm a BP customer and can park under the sign; I'm not bothering anyone. Then the bearded man ran off screaming, "Give me a wrench, I'll smash his car." Thank goodness the bearded man's common sense prevailed, and he didn't do it. I think this conflict could happen again in the future. Be careful, they're incompetent.

Isn't accepting bp card points and also the bpme app doesn't work the payment went through but only stops at 3.3L. Very unprofessional staff, when enquiring he said he dont care about bad reviews and to leave it. The JET station here before was way better.

Worst customer service. The manager is so rude. He should learn some basic manners.
