1-Star Review Very disappointing experience at this BP service station. As an interstate truck driver, I stopped here at around 3:00 AM during my mandatory logbook break to grab a coffee. I waited outside for 10–15 minutes and rang the service bell three or four times, but no one came to serve me. It appeared the staff member stayed inside and simply ignored the bell. Truck drivers work long hours and rely on service stations like BP during overnight shifts. It’s frustrating to waste valuable break time and then have to leave without even being able to buy a coffee. I hope BP management looks into this and ensures staff are attentive and available to serve customers, especially during late-night hours. This experience was very disappointing.

Went to fillup the petrol. Women staff was so so rude that it's unbelievable. How can she be even there hard to understand. Never going back. I read so so many negative reviews about her. I think the owner does not care about customer service at all.

Very rude staff, need to be taught how to talk to customers. If you don’t like your job why do it. Just leave it and make other people’s day bad.
