I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent visit. I ordered a chai latte and a toasted banana bread with butter, but unfortunately, your staff did not prepare my order correctly. Additionally, I felt that the staff member’s attitude towards me was disrespectful.

Bad customer service. No greeting or anything guy named Abdul was working there and have not said a single word. Customer service job entails that you should be nice to customer not ignorant. Very poor service, wont be back

Complaint Regarding Slow Fuel Filling Speed at BP Williams Landing Dear BP Customer Service Team, I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue at the BP Williams Landing fuel station. The speed of the fuel dispensers at this location is extremely slow, particularly when filling up a full tank. This significantly delays the process and inconveniences customers, especially during peak hours. As a regular customer, I rely on BP for its quality service, but this recurring issue has been frustrating and time-consuming. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and resolved as soon as possible to ensure a smoother experience for all patrons. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.
