One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. I was in Kobe in July 2025 with my family and we had dinner at Bullier one evening. It was really amazing food. I had a steak dish which my daughter described as the best steak she had ever tasted. What is even more remarkable is that the entire restaurant is run by one young man. He performs the roles of maitre d', table booker, barman, cocktail maker, chef, kitchen hand, waiter, busboy, and owner/manager. Although it is a very small restaurant (only 10 seats approx) he did an extraordinary job of simply keeping things running smoothly. But to create one of the nicest meals we have ever had was extraordinary. Definitely first on our list when we go back to Kobe. (Luckily, my wife is from Kobe so we will definitely be back).
