We're also sorry if you didn't receive the drink you originally wanted. In such a case, it is best to inform us directly by telephone so that we can immediately send you a free, freshly prepared replacement delivery or can discuss a solution that is satisfactory for you together with you. With your immediate feedback, you also give us the opportunity to use quality control to directly check our processes and optimize them accordingly. Alternatively, please write us an email with reference to your Google rating to reklamation@burgerme.de so that we can look at your issue again with you.
