I ordered 6 boxes of capsules online, after my order arrived the box that the capsule boxes were placed in was apparently torn and taped multiple times to prevent the boxes from falling during shipping. Therefore, 2 of them were crushed, and quite a bit, as well as the capsules inside. I wasn't going to argue, but the cup overflowed after the coffee machine didn't recognize the capsules at all, and they were practically unusable. I contacted their support team, attached pictures and after several email explanations, waiting for them to offer some solution, be it a discount, refund for the 2 boxes or new ones, they sent 2 new boxes as the delivery and of course the boxes were for my account. I canceled the order as soon as I received an sms from the courier, because I didn't mention anywhere that I wanted to buy new boxes. Well, if that was the case, I wouldn't write to them and send them pictures at all. I don't care about the 30 BGN, the question is fundamental. Total circus! That's not how business is done. I have had a Nespresso coffee machine for nearly two years. Accordingly, I shop only in this boutique. I like the location. The impressions I have of the store are positive. I am always greeted kindly by the seller-consultants on shift. And here they are quite well acquainted with the profession of the consultant. They understand each other from the job, they always give correct directions for preparing drinks, taking care of the machine and, most importantly, choosing coffee. Keep up the good work! Price per person: BGN 20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
