こだわりの食材を驚きの味にして提供する店。魚、肉どちらも美味しい。エイのほほ肉は初めて食べましたがあんなに美味しいのですね。ビール、日本酒、ワインも美味しいものが揃っていました。貴重な放牧牛の内臓が出た時には一頭分買取するそうです。 Price per person: ¥10,000+
