CA1131 is a fine dining experience that you should absolutely try. I highly recommend this for small groups of foodies, romantic partners, or if you really really want to impress your significant other! The experience is an adventure through fine dinning. Think of it like island hopping but with food and the boat is guided by the chef and wonderful host. It may take a few hours from beginning to end, but the journey is worth it. We had a 9 course meal with wine and coffee and it was an awesome time. If you enjoy fine dinning, you’re not afraid to be adventurous, and want to experience a true food adventure, then I encourage you to book a night at CA1131.
