The sign is in English and some of the info is in English but when I finally found the shop, there was a note on the door saying only those who understand Japanese are welcome. Kind of hurt my feelings! I don’t speak Japanese but I am always kind and culturally aware! :( Service: 1

Children are not allowed in the store, so please be careful if you have children. Since I have children, this store has become something I have no connection to. 【postscript】 A restaurant recommended by friends and acquaintances. It was my first time visiting this place, and I was excited and hungry. There was no sign saying that children were not allowed in the store, so I struggled up the stairs with my stroller and when I opened the door I was looking forward to, I was told that children were not allowed in the store. The response says to look at the website, but it seems that the owner has searched the website of every shop and checked the rules for that shop before entering. The owner felt that there was a gap in my comment because he had this ingrained habit. The website states that it is dangerous for preschool children who have difficulty wearing masks to bump into other customers, but how could a baby who cannot crawl bump into other customers? I was asked what the reviews were about, but I just wrote a review saying that you cannot bring children with you, so be careful. Are reviews only about the food, the atmosphere inside the restaurant, and the service of the staff? I gave this rating because I felt sad that I couldn't use it. I feel sorry for the friend who recommended it to me, but I have a bad experience with the owner's response, so I won't be going there again. I won't go there again, but I wish cafe one all the best in their future endeavors.

I saw the additional note I will reply to you one by one. …I saw the additional note I will reply to you one by one. First of all, I think it's wrong to be emotional, so I will respond constructively. First, there is an elevator. Were they not used? I think it was with the slope. There is a notice for traveling with children, although it will be next to the entrance. We are currently notifying our customers on our website and on a sign next to the entrance. As you said, I basically research the store I visit for the first time. Isn't that true not only for me, but for everyone? nk If you have a stroller like Mr. I, why not do it even more? There is much more to the ban on bringing children. That's why I've named the top page of HP. We appreciate your understanding as the store's rules may differ depending on the customer's interpretation. Every store has rules, and when those rules are different, anything goes. To paraphrase nk i, it would be very sad if you were carrying your child and our store was crowded and you were bumped into, resulting in injuries or burns. *This is just an analogy. I can't make a general statement because there are times when I have free time, but after considering various things, I have decided that it is currently prohibited. Please understand that when we decline your request, it does not mean that we do not want you to join. I understand that reviews should be written neutrally. I feel like the way it's written makes many people, not just me, but third parties, think it's an outlet. Of course, we don't mind, and if you don't mind, then there's no problem. Finally, we are also human beings, and we decide on rules based on various backgrounds and ideas. I don't expect you to understand everything, but at the very least, I would like you to use our cafe once and rate us again. Thank you for visiting us. We apologize for not being able to offer you a seat. It is also expected that the rules for bringing children will change, so please stop by if you have the chance. We are happy to welcome you again even if you do not have children with you. Please feel free to contact us again if you have any questions. Thank you very much from far away in Hokuriku.More
