Caffè Borge not an ordinary café. They focus on conscious eating and drinking, and every item has a story. Anastasia (my server) explained their relationships with Colombian farmers and how they source and support sustainable coffee. she even travels to meet them. Eating and drinking here makes you feel more connected to what’s on your plate. The staff are friendly and give genuinely great service. Highly recommend.
