This is absolutely top notch, future Michelin chef, favor explosions, in a peaceful rural Rome setting. Food was excellent, wine selection was excellent. Off the beaten path and a little hard to fine but worth it. Impress your date, celebrate an event, or just make your taste buds have a eureka moment. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Superb. The work that goes into creating the dishes is incredible, every single bite has been studied, tested and created with passion. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Chef Leonardo is clearly passionate and proud of what he has achieved and rightly so. I can't recommend Casa Malgarini enough.
