This restaurant is incredibly difficult to find. You follow the map arrive in a shopping mall. Follow the alley on the left hand side of the mall, all the way to the end of the garage. You will see a door at the garage corner. Cece is in the basement. It offers a verity of Asian food. I tried their Pho. The taste was more than OK, given this is in Almaty. However the portion is on the small side Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₸5,000–10,000 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
