After reading those horrible reviews, I was extremely worried about going there. Now they have a huge turnaround, (Jul 1 2026)the staff was so nice they helped us take many photos, they also helped refill our glasses of water. The tables and sofa chairs are also very comfortable. The silverware are smooth and sharp. They also have a coffee bar and is very spacious and beautiful, like an Italian restaurant. The chicken was tender, the beef was juicy and soft, the hotdog is amazing and the fried chicken is delicious. They also come with 4 slices of baguettes and have delicious butter. The lighting is good and the formatting of the spaces is excellent. There are many pastries, having croissants and blueberry filled bread. The fire safety are also taken seriously, with a few hidden fire extinguishers and well placed fire alarm call points and fire hose reels. There are also many sauces, ranging from ketchup(for the delicious french fries) and mustard(for the beef) Everything is well cooked and everything is clean and tidy. The staff are extremely nice and have an excellent mood and nice smile. There is also a background music playing which adds to the atmosphere happiness. The place is well air conditioned and has a well design. They have appetisers like fries, salads, daily soups. The iced tea also looks amazing and refreshing. They have many sets of menus, filled with different varieties of food, from rice to risottos. Even though this place is a bit expensive, it is extremely worth it. Food prices range from 150-280(main) and 10-60(appetisers). There are also many types of drinks that are aesthetically pleasing and also taste delicious. The napkins provided are also soft and comfy. The food is also delivered very fast, even during rush hours. There are large windows, creating a sense of spaciousness. The food is “ok” the sandwich is honestly good. Services offer by interns/part timer sucks. Btw there is a minimum price to be seated. Not really recommended for anyone who wants to have a rest. We celebrated a birthday lunch at Chapter in IFC. It’s not a budget restaurant, for sure, but you definitely get what you pay for. I ordered Boston Lobster Eggs Benedict which was delicious, but The star of the show was the Pulled Pork sandwich that my wife ordered The creamy coleslaw topping complemented the smokey pulled-pork perfectly and the fries were awesome. An excellent meal, I can’t think of better way to celebrate a birthday! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $250–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
