My name is Yassine, and I work in the tourism industry, accompanying visitors as they discover the best places to experience. Whether I'm with tourists or on my own, this restaurant is always my first choice. The food is delicious, of excellent quality, and the service is outstanding. I would especially like to thank Fatiha and Fatima for their warm welcome, friendly smiles, and prompt service, which always make the dining experience enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food, excellent service, and genuine Moroccan hospitality. It is truly worth a visit. Price per person: MAD 1–50

Our visit to Chez Lhaja for Friday couscous was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the couscous itself was flavorful, hearty, and satisfying—a comforting taste of traditional Moroccan cuisine. The portions were generous, and the prices were fair and reasonable, especially compared to other nearby places we checked. However, the service was a major disappointment. The person in charge appeared rushed, overwhelmed, and noticeably unwelcoming. As visitors who are not Moroccan and were only in the country for a short time, we hoped to ask questions and learn more about the food. Unfortunately, we felt discouraged, ignored, and uncomfortable doing so. There was little warmth, patience, or effort to make us feel welcome. Overall, Chez Lhaja offers solid food at good value, but the cold and unfriendly service takes away from what could have been a truly memorable experience. With better hospitality and a more welcoming attitude, this place could easily stand out. Price per person: MAD 1–50 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
